Get the list of marketplace catalog item sales volume forecasts with filtering options.

### Query parameters
- **merchant_id** (string(uuid))
  The UUID of the merchant to filter forecasts by
- **marketplace_catalog_item_id** (string(uuid))
  Filter by marketplace catalog item ID
- **minimum_volume** (integer)
  Minimum volume to filter by (uses risk-adjusted high forecast)
- **page** (integer)
  The page number to retrieve
- **per_page** (integer)
  The number of results to return per page
